I've been interested in design and animation for most of my life; to that end I've been working with related software
for about ten years. I graduated from the School of Film and Animation at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2007. I work with with 3ds max, Maya, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Flash, among others when the need arises.
I'm based in the New York City area, but always ready to check out someplace else. I am available for freelance work, check my résumé for details, and for some examples of studios, clients, and brands with whom I've worked.
Besides making short animated stuff, I like to stay intellectually busy - a hangup from a lifetime of school, perhaps. I study languages, am fluent in French and becoming proficient in Arabic. I am curious about computer and technology issues as well, and have become reasonably adept with programming things, and am investigating Linux and developing a facebook application. Lately I have been very concerned about sustainability issues and am trying to figure out a good way to organize my life to that end. I am involved in global human rights campaigns and also enjoy semi-formal umbrella basketball.
